Due to Covid lockdown imposed by the Govt. of Kerala, the club was closed for 5 months from 26.4.2021 to 25.9.2021. Hence the annual general body meeting could not be held so far. Now since the Covid restrictions have been relaxed and club has resumed functioning with effect from 26.9.2021, it is proposed to conduct a special general body meeting of the club on 31.10.2021, Sunday at 10.30hrs at the Club hall observing all covid protocols, to transact the following agenda: 1. Presentation and passing of minutes of last General Body meeting held on 7.3.2021. 2. Presentation and passing of annual report for 2020-21. 3. Presentation and passing of audited accounts for 2019-20 and 2020-21. 4. Discussion and decision on electing office bearers for 2021-22. Copy of audited accounts and report will be displayed on the club notice board prior to the meeting. Secretary
